Our Vision

The vision of Red River Ford Lincoln Mercury is to be a company that our people are proud of and committed to; where all employees have the opportunity to contribute, to learn and to advance.  We want everyone to feel they are respected and treated fairly.  Red River Ford must be an entity that is open to change; that strives for excellence and has fun during the process.  Most importantly, we must deliver the highest level of service to our customers, for they are the sole reason our organization exists.

Our History

Red River Ford Lincoln Mercury in Durant was established in October 2005 by Darrell Mendez and Pat Lynch, both former Ford Motor Company employees who worked in the Oklahoma and Texas markets for many years. The new owners and new management have brought a brand new "can do" attitude to Southeastern Oklahoma and North Texas.

Red River Ford is a “Blue Oval” dealership, a distinction earned by providing superior customer service with a best-in-class automotive retail experience.  To earn the prestigious Blue Oval certification, dealerships must achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure their employees are certified to Ford Motor Company standards. 

This is especially important in the Service Department.  The service department is fully staffed and certified and is equipped to address anything from replacing engines, to rebuilding transmissions, to performing maintenance services such as oil changes. Customers can even purchase name brand tires from the dealership. 

The Sales Departments are very excited about the vehicles they have available to sell.  Some of the new products from Ford Motor Company this year are the all-new Ford Flex, a large and very urban cross-over vehicle and the Lincoln MKS, the all-new flagship sedan for Lincoln.  Having great products like these ensures customers can also find an outstanding selection of pre-owned vehicles as well. 

The new owners are also excited about being a part of the community and are active in several civic organizations.  Darrell and his wife of 18 years, Geri, have two elementary school age children who attend Durant schools, and a toddler.  Pat and his wife of 39 years, Sandy, have two adult children and two grandsons.
